All our mobility scooters, powerchairs & riser recliners are delivered by our own in-house team to ensure the product has been properly setup & demonstrated to your satisfaction.

• Free delivery available on all scooters, powerchairs & riser recliners. 
• Delivery up to 3 working days. 
• We will contact you to arrange either an AM or PM delivery time slot within a 3 hour window. 
• Our driver will call you to confirm an estimated time of arrival.
• You will receive the drivers contact number if ever you would need to contact him/her.

Our products prices are listed excluding VAT. Most of our customers are eligible for VAT relief. If you are eligible, you or a family member/ carer will be required to sign a declaration stating your disability, address and signature on delivery of the item. 

If you are not eligible, you will be required to pay VAT. If you are unsure, please call our team on 0800 772 01 82 and we can advise you on eligibility. 

A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he or she is a person:

• with a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities §
• with a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness

It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
